This is the set of resources that conform to either of the profiles FrHumanName (http://interopsante.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/FrHumanName) and FR Core Human Name Profile (https://hl7.fr/ig/fhir/core/StructureDefinition/fr-core-human-name). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources conforming to one of them
